Those of you who know me can see that I take good care of my body. I eat right, sleep right, exercise regularly, see my chiropractor weekly, meditate, use herbs and supplements when
needed, and ingest no pharmaceuticals.
I am healthy, well and look it.
My weight has never been a major issue for me. At high school in the 70’s I weighed 180 lbs. At Massachusetts College of Pharmacy in the early 80’s I weighed 185 lbs. Then at Life University College of Chiropractic in the early 90’s I weighed 190 lbs. Up until 5 years ago my weight was 195 lbs.

Honestly, I though 195 lbs was just fine for my frame and I felt great.
